i paid for 3 reports, two of them did not include the current MOT information, and two of them failed to include change of keeper information. I have emailed Cazana to raise this, but have failed to receive a response

What a waste of £9.99 tried to find out if there was finance on the vehicle only found out the age what a rip off stay clear never ever use again

Very bad service phoned twice in bank holiday Monday left messages but nobody bothers to phone back not a good experience won’t be recommending in this comparative business. Still don’t know weather finance is owing on my car or not it doesn’t make it clear I purchased the silver option can someone get back to me if you’re care about my comment

I paid £19.99 for 3 searches, but it would only allow me to search 1. When I tried to contact the company I was told to leave an answerphone message, which I didn't want to do as I needed to do the searches asap. It's poor service when you have to leave a message anyway. Won't recommend them.

Think I have been conned, paid £19.95 for 3 vehicle checks, states can be done anytime within 6 months, checked 1st vehicle I was interested in, all went ok, but no info or details relating to a second or third check, was asked to pay again, what!!!! I already paid £19.95 for 3 checks, why am I being asked to pay again? Very misleading and wrong, complained to ASA

HI, sorry for the inconvenience, if you go to the log in page and select I forgot my password you will be prompted to reset it and then have access to the remaining checks.

Paid £9.99 to check info on a Mercedes 16 plate car, the info received was for a Bmw 14 plate car but showing on their data as a Mercedes. When I informed them of this they wanted me to look in to it and pass or the details over. Do your job for you, Life's to short.

Vehicle history contained incorrect information Checked with Honda Finance Europe Plc - Honda CRV registration SJ15 RXL does not have any outstanding finance due on it. This requires attention

You are listing wrong and damaging information. You advise not to buy my vehicle, because you state that there is finance on the car. I rang Barclays Bank car finance and they stated that they have no financial interest in the vehicle. Thanks to your incorrect information l have lost a sale on my car.?

The add said £6.99 for the search and when pressed it, it suddenly charged me £9.99. This is a cheaters website.

I Purchased a car check which did not come through as promised, as I was wanting to buy the car that day I had to purchase the report from another provider, I tried to call Cazana that day but could not get though despite it been within there stated opening times I did leave a message but have not received a call back - 8 days later, The report was received from Cazana the next working day (What use is this!?!) I have contacted there customer service team via email for a refund but over 1 week later I am still awaiting a reply from them. Shocking customer service ! Purchase elsewhere as they are all a similar cost and save yourself the hassel of using this tinpot company !
