I found my report to be lacking information that was very important to me. In particular, I was looking for information regarding the yearly running costs, which came back as “unknown”. I was also looking to confirm whether the car was RWD or AWD (4x4), and none of that was specified.

Bought a car check but it didn't match with my paperwork and was behind. The car is finance clear and 5k more miles than the details i was given by Cazana.

The car has and still is being used in a fraud case which I have reported last week and yet you have not replied to me or taken down the advert, do you even know if the person selling the car is the actual owner of the car, probably not.

On checking out a Ford Transit as I was planning to buy, Cazana flagged up it had outstanding finance. This was very concerning and initially I was glad I did the check. However, I contacted the leasing company and they informed me that the contract had indeed been cancelled in 2016 and fully paid up with no outstanding debt. I was glad of this information because I really liked this van. If I had not done this check myself and relied on the info supplied by Cazana I would not have considered buying this van and that would have been a shame. In the end I paid for a search that was not worth it as it was incorrect. I should get a refund at the least. Cazana need to ensure there info is up to date especially when they charge for it. If you use there info, make sure what ever is flagged up you check it out for yourself. It could be worse as there info was not up to date, maybe HP info is also not up to date. DOUBLE CHECK!!!

I wanted to do a car check but the web site sequence of ordering and checking is silly and so I ended up paying for a check on a number plate that I did not intend to enter. Stupid.

I paid for 3 vehicle checks and was only able to use 1 of them. I then had to purchase another check because I was waiting for a response from Canzan. Terrible, they never answer the telephones. They called me back after 3 days! They still have not responded to my email sent over 10 days ago. I still have not been issued any refund, apology or access to the 2 outstanding checks. There are better companies out there; I would suggest you use them instead.

Hello, thank you for your review. We provide 3 different checks. Our lowest price is £3.99 for our silver check, £9.99 for our gold check and £19.95 for our multi-check. The multi-check includes 3 gold checks at a cost of £6.65 per check. I am sorry if this was confusing and we hope the check provided the information you required.

Seriously - £15 to tell me that the car was originally green and basically nothing else. Couldn't tell me what the original engine type was, what the original configuration was or anything else useful. Complete waste of money and time.
