The check on the car came back showing that the car was still on finance, I put off buying the car until i could contact the finance company first thing on the monday morning only to be told that the car was finance clear and they sent me an email to prove it

Please be advised that once a vehicle has been cleared of finance it is down to the finance company to update their records. Paid 10 pound for car check and no information about the car was available, it just kept saying unknown when I rang customer services the Customer service advisor was rude and condescending. Definitely do not recommend.

Unfortunately because of the way the information is set up for mobile phones, I didn't scroll sideways and see that the car had been written off!

Provided no information on the finance that was found to be linked to the car I checked. Had to pay another service (AutoTrader) the same fee again so that I could get the fincance details such as policy holder, policy number and contact number. I will be writing several online reviews recommending using other services and rating Cazana 1 star/very poor as I essentially had to pay twice for checks and should have gone with another service in the first place.

Not a quick enough response. I thought it was expensive for the results I received, actually I missed out on the car at auction because of the delay on the response

well cazana £9.99 check on ford fiesta said had MOT and it never rang cazana still waiting for manager to ring back ,spend a bit more this service is rubbish cliff bater ford fiesta for my son never use you again,

Hi Cliff. I am sorry you feel this way. You will recall that when we spoke on Friday I promised to investigate the problem and call you back which I did within 10 minutes but you were unavailable. We spoke very shortly thereafter when I confirmed that the vehicle did not have an MOT. I am unsure why you feel you are still waiting for a call from a manager as I believed the situation had been resolved. Geoff

the car you gave details about is my own car. your information about the car was factually incorrect. you are a pest , you portray yourselves as some sort of consumer protector? when in actual fact you charge a fee for information which is inaccurate and false.therefore that makes your site a waste of time and money. please be aware information is worthless unless it is factual and properly researched and correct.

You took my money for the three gold bundle I used one out of the three then when I went to use again there was only the option to pay again so I had to by another one. In short terms you robbed me.

Information you have given about car milage was incorrect it quoted as miles and DVLA data and dealers data says they are kilometers.Your information says the car is not an import and the car was imported to UK in 2004.

I was led to believe that had I paid £9.99 I would have gotten more details about the car...after paying the £9.99 The information was very basic that I could have gotten from a google searched or even the DVLA for free. So NO you're site is absolutely not good!

Technical spec was wrong the car has a 3.0 litre engine but your report said 2148 this car has 6cylinders and your report says 4.etc Absolute waste of time.

The service did not provide the full check on the previous plate so the check was not comprehensive and was ineffective. This service is not as advertised and is poor value for money. Refund was requested but not provided.
