Dreadful experience - advertised on google as a same day inspection but took 2 days to do inspection and then another 3 to get the report. Had to chase for updates on when inspection was being performed (i informed them this was important due to it being an ebay auction sale) and then had to chase for the report. Now tried calling and seems to be a problem with their phone system. The report did not also provide a vehicle valuation as claimed on the website and no commentary on any of the advisories. This service is a complete calamity and complete waste of money - should have gone with the AA. I recommend you do the same! :-(

Turns out the car was part of a well known long running e bay scam which did not show up on the check very poor service

We obtain our information from various sources, however we would not be able to tell you if a vehicle was involved in a scam as our data is not collected for that purpose. The report was not my car, so I needed to get an HPI elsewhere, which was correct. I called to ask for a refund, but you cannot speak to anyone, so I emailed, now a week ago & NO reply at all. Very poor, I would not use again and can't recommend them at all. They've obviously just bought & set up the database & website, then take your money and don't give a damn any further than that - NOT how to run a good company!! =

Total Scam Rip off do not use Put my car details in ... Ok Paid the fee ... Suddenly not able to supply the report I have paid for No refund or correspondence Total Rip Off Scam Avoid 22/10/16 they have asked me to revise my review well it's been 5 days now,promise a refund With in 48hrs NO REFUND TOTAL SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST For total piece of mind USE MyCarCheck.com. Not a lot of info for gold package Had an issue so phoned up and spoke to someone who say they would escalate my issue and get back to me within a few hours Nobody phoned me back what a Waste of money Very poor

Got even the basic details wrong ( engine size, transmission type, fuel type ) which made the feast of the 'report' pretty much worthless.

Very little information provided, most fields left blank. After paying for a "gold report" was extremely dissopointed. I emailed to complain and got no response. Total waste of money!!!

I requested a report on MJ080UW late pm on 30th Oct your report states it hadn't been reported stolen but apparently it was reported stolen on the morning of 30th Oct, can you please confirm this?

I recently bought a car check from you which did not show up any abnormalities on the car in question. I later found that there was a 30-40 thousand pound tax and import duty bill to pay!! I almost bought this car so your service was not helpful -- can I have a refund?

I have sent several emails stating i have no access to my account. I paid for 3 vehicle checks received 1 on vehicle MJ61YGL need to use service again but i am unable too. I tried to get the gold report on credit card twice and both times I was charged and the report didn't come up as there was an error. Please can this be refunded ASAP and please notify me when this will be.
