“Very disappointing and unprofessional. I purchased 3HP option for £19.99. One was used and there was no option to retrieve the other two. I contacted the company via email phone and social media, and in the end I have had to resort to asking PayPal to chase them up for a refund.”

Thank you for leaving us a review, Unfortunately the DVLA electronic database does not have an engine number for this vehicle. The v5C date is also the most up to date information sent over from the DVLA. This data is not allowed to be amended because it comes directly from the DVLA, Terri.

“I only wanted an hpi check which was simple and strait forward but you did not provide me with that and all you wanted was to get me to buy a gold check which i did not need. You also sadly gave me false information stating there was no mot on the car when there was. We bought the car with a full mot and i sadly feel you are not a genuine company as the car was lovely and in excellent condition. I would not consider asking for information from you again”

Hi You purchased our £3.99 report which does not include HPI information and hence the reason you would need to but the gold check if this information was essentail to you You purchased the report on 23 June at which time the vehicle did not have a valid MOT. This was rectified on 29 June I hope this helps GD

“Cr@p. Doesn't include mileage report, just estimated mileage. Got more useful info about not and mileage from free .gov site. Don't waste your money”

“The report said "all looks good" When in reality the car had outstanding finance on it ( over 10k) so what's the point.”

Hi Ian, I can confirm that your check states the vehicle as having a valid MOT, which was carried out 10 months ago. I can confirm this is the same information as the DVLA, which is where we obtain a lot of our information from. Regards Seaneen
