Bought a car because you said it wasn’t a import. But it was in fact imported from Germany. Thanks a lot now have a car I can’t get parts for. Think you should do your homework better!!!!!

Never received the car report ordered by mail, just a flashed up report, which I couldn't go back to later. No receipt for payment was sent.The report, from what I saw, was light on detail, with very limited information on the changes in ownership and registration plate. In fact, it was incorrect, as it indicated the car had only 2 changes in registration, but had in fact at least 3. The report had flagged up outstanding finance, but failed to mention this was perfectly normal dealer finance. Given the inaccuracies and failure of the service, I don't see how the valuations mean anything.

when you do a free check, it says that you hold more events and you recommend a full check before buying the car, it makes the customer worry and it's like being pushed into purchasing a full check

The information you charged me for is available free, the info was misleading in that it looks like you give finance info but you don’t So unhappy referring it to Paypal

Very disappointed. Didn't tell me anything other than what i did which on a car with no history included wasnt much. Feel very ripped off with no means to request a refund

Wrong gears 6 not 5 wrong engine dci not turbo had to get another check done so a waste of money won't use again

I got duped into paying for a check on a car that your site said had something important that needed to be checked so I paid to find out what it was as we were about to buy the car but once I paid it showed nothing about any thing at the mileage that it previously said there was a problem so your site essential scammed me out of £15 and then when I emailed you hoping it would lead to getting my money back my emails were ignored

Doesnt give the information it claims on the £3.99 search instead asks for more money to find out if the car your buying has ever been damaged etc

You imply that information of previous owners would be revealed once you've paid the fee but it's not, just the year the car changed hands. I will never use your services again and will go out of my way to warn friends and colleagues that their wasting their time and money.
