“The car I checked you stated was a write off/Cat D vehicle when after checking with Experian this is not the case. Your information is incorrect/outdated and prevented a sale of a vehicle.”

Hi Slawomir, thanks for using UKVehicle.com and taking the time to review us. We issued a full MOT history on the car you checked (the car was built in 2012 so there were only two years of history). “Used UKVehicle.com but was a rush thing so paid the £9.99 but the price is far too high for information and wish I would've had longer to research prices because found one for £4 that provided exactly same information, but as I was actually at the car it was a last minute idea to HPI the car. I wouldn't pay £9.99 again especially as there's much cheaper companies that provide same. So wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Do your research in advance if you are serious about a specific car.”

“Paid £9.99 for a vehicle check as I was hoping to purchase a new car. Because the car had no service history I was looking forward to the MOT history that would give pass dates and mileage etc. My report came back with no MOT history at all for here in Northern Ireland. Apparently these vehicle checks don't show that up if you're in NI. I didn't see that written anywhere so I feel cheated out of a tenner.”

“They sent me a blank email. No information. I emailed and had this review the service as a response. Pretty shocking. They have 24 hrs then will contact PayPal with grievance.”

“Brilliant , but name the MOT stations, my purchase CVO60BD showed mot,d 28th May 2016 as failed ,headlight failed. However after purchase (the mot to 10.7.16 my mot station found rotten rusted chassis on the front, both.Why the first mot find this?!”

“Scammed me out of payment, the service was not provided and no order information or other automated communication was received. An array of critical errors in the way the website runs, the way payments are taken and the way orders are processed (or not, in this case). Absolutely appalling and deeply frustrating. There are many other vehicle checking sites available that I have previously used without any problems, this is the first and last time that I will attempt to use this one.”

“The report (688B898B) states that the vehicle registration I asked for - SF60NVE - has three previous registrations: R1MCK, L7HEA, SB60UXB and associated finance issues. I do not believe this to be correct because entering these numbers into Google shows they were registered to a Land Rover: clearly there is a serious error in your system and gives doubt to anything else on the report. The finance agreements are vital in deciding whether it's safe to buy or not buy the car so I'm very disappointed.”

“The details that came back showed the car was on a private plate for 28 months (no details) 9 month on original plate before that (no details) and 19 month after that only got parts of previous advertising , 2 bits of MOTs, it showed 2 owners in the last 19 month but obviously it's had at least 4,do I have to buy 3 checks for one car?”

“Got some info on the car but it's had a private plate, I've only been given history from 4/9/14 apart from telling me the dates the plates have changed, 9 month original 28 months private 19 month back on original So do I pay 3 times for one car?”

“Do not use this site. I am still waiting for a refund! Promises full hpi details but omits mot history covering listed milage & advisories. I intend to set up a website to call for other users also unsatisfied to contact me if they do not get what they've paid for.”
