“BY THE VEHICLE MILEAGE WAS HIGHER THAN YOU ESTIMATED, AND THE PRICE DIFFERENCE THAN YOUR VALUATION WAS £350 ABOVE.”

“On selecting gold option and electing to pay via PayPal, problems occurred with processing as message came up ref error.On resubmitting same problem. On entering Debit card details again error message. On checking with both PayPal and our bank we dicovered multiple payments had been deducted from my accounts. Contacted you customer service who speedily resolved hand credited our account with the amount withdrawn. Later once again trying got through but could not access the information re: the vehicle in question. Although technical problems caused inconveinance customer sevice dealt with our e-mails and resolved the payment problems.”

“At 1:35 a.m on Monday 5th June I paid for a silver check. It was quick but I had made an error and put in an incorrect Registration. Sod it. I immediately bought another silver check and before I could insert the correct registration, to my dismay the exact same check came up. I e-mailed Cazana and although it took a while the matter was resolved and I received a refund of the failed check.”

“On a par with the more expensive HPI, you get all the information you need for reassurance when buying a car. I would have given 5 stars if the "print" or "save" options were available; I spent a long time scanning the report before eventually emailing support, who sent me a pdf link within 24 hours.”

“Thanks to this website i was able to avoid buying a car with hidden geabox troubles, Highlighted in a previous sales advert. I was also able to view all of the vehicles previous mots with advisories present. All in all "Money well spent" Will be using again.”
