“All was good would of been nice to see the registered keepers name and address to be sure it belonged to them”

“Very impressed with quick and easy info I can get. Shame you can't opt for the 3 check deal after you've made a single check because if not satisfied with first check you'd want to check another car and that becomes expensive.”

“He provided me with information that I avoided the trouble of buying a car that the seller was not the owner of. ps I was charged £ 9.99 higher than the suggested £ 6.65 price.”

“"I could not print off the results of the car check. I nformed you accordingly and had an acknowledgement saying that you would investigate .Since then I have heard NOTHING." Subsequent to your somewhat delayed response I was able to print a summary sheet of the results which was adequate for my file”

“I find the prices for these services to be a little too high.... Saying that it was nice to be able to purchase 3 car checks for under £20 making them less than £7 a check. However I feel that 30 days is too short a time by which they are to be used within it would have been nice if what I paid for with recovered me for at least a year. I also found it daunting two find my way when it came to enquiring about my second car I felt as if I had to purchase the whole thing over again however friendly staff and available telephone number put my mind at ease and the problem was solved. Improvements can definitely be made for ease of use in that area. Regards Raddis Shahidi”

“It was a one off, hopefully, as I was buying a car seen on the internet and felt I needed to check it out. So it gave me the confidence to go through with the deal. Read the report , all seemed well . Paid my money - the car is lovely . I would suggest it to others that they just check,,”
