Shame I can't leave a no star review. We had a computer power supply from them which came with a 10-year warranty. It failed explosively with sparks coming out. We returned the unit to be told they would only accept it with all the cables. Why - the thing doesn't work? No response. Fine to order from but their customer service is truly APPALLING. Don't use them - it's not worth it.

Purchased a new GPU card on the 4th april 2021 Item arrived next day, the packaging was mint condition (black plastic mail envelope) all seals outside were intact, the DPD Driver is always the same guy, i know him well enough, he even brings my dog a treat! When i opened the parcel i was suprised to find damage to the box, it was battered and tatty then i noticed a hand wrote label on the side (see photos). When i emailed CCL a young lady (named all over the place on various CCL posts as Abby said she could see that the item was infact a returned item, i purchased a new unit not a second hand item! This then led to a RMA battle that took another 10+ days just to get the card exchanged with many phone calls for progress and even 2 failed collections to take the item back, in the end i had to go to the post office and mail the bloody thing back myself. First and LAST time i touch CCL with a barge pole, quick deep dive on the company even revealed that Santader bank have filed charges against the company, just go elsewhere!

My review from trust pilot this is the first part of the review https://www.trustpilot.com/users/62333f7cdac5c800120c9926 and second part of review This is an update to my previous review My Daughter ordered a Msi b450m mortar max from CCLonline but she started to have a issue, so I managed to get her a Rma and sent it Back. They tested it but couldn't find the issue so they said they where sending it back which was fine. But this is where the issue started, they Decided to return the motherboard in a grey plastic postage bag so it had no protection and of course the Motherboard Box returned in not the same state as it was sent. Motherboard box showed signs of being crushed and a bit ripped on the corners and you can see inside where the lid had pressed against the motherboard it self. Now when we sent it for Rma we packed it in a cardboard box with packing around the motherboard box to keep it safe and stop it getting damaged But CCL decided just to put it in a postage bag and hope for the best. Why couldn't they respect someone's property by Boxing it properly so it cant get damaged when being returned. I have sent photos showing the damage but but had no response from CCLonline so far. We sent it in as new condition but never received it in as new condition so I have told her not to order from CCLonline in the future as they don't look after your pc parts. Firstly she went to online chat and explained to them about the review and what CCLonline had said about a refund or replacement but they wouldn't sort it out they just told her to email instead. So she emailed and 3 or 4 days later no reply from cclonline so she went on chat today but they didn't understand or didn't want to and just gave her another RMA number which she Didn't want she just wanted to get the motherboard sent back and refunded just like cclonline said they would. cclonline failed to honour what they said about return and refund. I added photos so you see what the motherboard looked like before it went to cclonline and what it looked like when it came back

Bought a motherboard recently which was faulty it would not post , got an rma number repacked everything checked serial number they sent against serial number on packaging , note I did not even think to check serial number on the board, sent it back then got an email saying sorry its not their product as serial numbers do not match? I was like wtf? The package they sent me was the package I returned , I will get my money back , I dont want a replacement any more off them as the trust factor took a dive , very un professional indeed

I canceled my order. It was never delivered to me. Yet after 2 weeks still no refund. They say they are waiting for dpd. Yet i said thats not my problem it was never delivered. Many emails many phone calls. The last one the lady was very rude and she hung up on me. Avoid this company.

Sent me a faulty Motherboard then made up some BS rule about reporting faults within 5 days and refused to replace or refund. Am now pursuing legal measures to get my money back. Wish I had checked out the reviews first because it quickly becomes obvious these guys are just a bunch of scammers.

I ordered an item and paid for the fastest delivery option. I had an order confirmation email after I made the order and in that email they said they'd send another when the order had shipped, so everything looked good. The day the order was supposed to come, I still hadn't received a shipping email. I had to get in contact on their website, and the person there on the chat said I needed to email them about it - so I did that, still no reply. I eventually phoned the company and explained that my order was meant to be delivered on that day but I didn't have a tracking number or any confirmation that my order had actually shipped. They took my email and said someone would get in touch. Fast forward a few days and I receive an email saying that the item I ordered wasn't in stock and that they could change or cancel the order. Really annoying that they couldn't have told me that before the day that it was meant to be delivered. Anyway, I found the exact same item on overclockers, ordered it and it was delivered the next day. It's a shame because I've ordered from ccl before and had fast delivery and good communication. Oh well... just wish they could have communicated better so that I could have bought it from elsewhere without the time spent waiting around.

I purchased a Samsung 49 inch monitor after reading very good reviews online about CCL. Delivery and communication was excellent. The good news ended here unfortunately the product was either a return and it was evident it had been opened before from the packaging also the screen has dead pixels in the right corner. I reported this to CCL who were happy to take it as return but I have ro pay for the postage and they may retract some amount from the full cost under some circumstances. Ridiculous that they are sending out faulty/returned items and having us pay for the privilege of returning them. Order Number: 4426834

My experiences with CCL have been far from great. I purchased a 'bundle' from them consisting of a motherboard and preinstalled CPU/cooler and RAM. I also purchased a PSU. The original bundle would not power up and after wasting several hours I diagnosed that the CPU had bent pins (as stated this was preinstalled). Had to send back the whole bundle and was sent a new one, once again all components pre installed. This was more promising and allowed a boot to bios and then an install of the o/s. Then, after a reboot, the system would not POST correctly and the EZ-Diag light for the CPU was lit up. I tried several successful bios flashes (can be done without components installed) without success. I created a ticket on CCL web site and didnt get a response. Waited a couple of days then raised another. Still no response. So I decided to fork out on a new motherboard from another supplier. Installed the CPU and RAM and over 2 weeks later the device has been stable 24/7. From this I dont think it's hard to diagnose that there is an issue with the CCL supplied motherboard. So I rang them and after being passed around the houses had the fault logged. I then got an email stating to send ALL the components back. When I explained what I had done to diagnose and that the device is required because it is a 24/7 CCTV system they refused to budge stating that the warranty was ONLY for the whole bundle. I have tried to explain that you can purchase the items separately, including the motherboard, and I am only wanting them to confirm my diagnosis. They are flatly refusing to budge. I do think in some situations a little common sense and flexibility is required.

Joke of a company! Customer service is quick answering, polite but utterly useless. I only ordered a laptop bag for it to never arrive and various calls and emails to be told, it'll be with you tomorrow, I'll get straight back to you (never did) or it'll be with you in 3days very latest Friday. To then call up after 18days to be told it still hadn't been despatched. If you can't provide something don't sell it, simple as really. Seems common with these if your item is stocked you'll get it. If it ain't then good luck cause you'll need it with these jokers.

Selling stock with next-day delivery plus a premium for the delivery costs then reveal that they have no stock to deliver. Unfortunately, you have to find this out yourself by chasing up your order. The resolution is a promise of a call back in 48 hours to address the issue, which is 72 hours after I should have had the kit and no good to me.

Ordered a couple of GPUs from this place, one for my son and one for me. They deducted the money and I thought 'Well alright, they've taken the money that means they must have it in stock, now we wait for it to come' Next day, get an email saying that they don't have it and will refund me within 7 days! Why the hell would a company do this?

I ordered a graphics card from ccl as a Christmas gift for my son it was a 5700xt powercolor it worked until start of March in which time I had to rma the item. Received the email saying they had received it and that they had ordered another for me, 6 weeks later still nothing heard so I messaged them and received a bland answer of if I’m nope happy I can have a refund, I didn’t want a refund I had bought this item while it was on deal I know I can’t afford to replace it again for the same price. Now three months down the line still heard nothing so messaged again and again received an email saying I’m having a refund tough luck, in three months of wait i had to chase this issues while my son has been without a card thinking Ccl will sort this out or at least offer a different card but i was offered nothing, totally hdisappointed in their customer service skills bland emails with no care in the world about the person at the other end and no contact to know what’s happening with my item, last time me or anyone I know will buy from Ccl.

Disgraceful service. took £1700 from my account for a pc build. then sent a poorly written half arsed email without so much as a sorry, stating your order has been cancelled, our accounts team will arrange a refund which can take 7 days (usually takes 2weeks). I had to call them to find out why and listen to some guys long winded excuses. its bad enough having to deal with a website with a user interface direct from the 90s that puts large orders through without checking stock.

Terrible service, ordered a monitor from their store, but then they tell me the next day, after I already paid and they took the money, that it is out of stock! They sent a refund but it will take up to 2 weeks to be confirmed!

Ordered a Razer bungee chroma, they sent wrong item received, seller admitted wrong one sent in error and they also ha e correct item in stock but refused to replace with correct one. absolute joke, avoid at all costs, much better pc specialist websites out there, scan and ebuyer to name a few

16th March 2021 I bought a asus on 8th March 2021 Laptop which came in good time, on going back on the site i noticed within 2 days of purchase that they had reduced the price by almost £10. I Emailed Kristian Newbury but said there was nothing they could do on the price being reduced. Just wanted to warn purchasers to look around to see if companies give a price match first. I bought this as my grandson needs it for schooling and his parents have been on furlough bit sad to say you buy and within 2 days it reduces in price, makes you think if anything goes wrong what sort of service will you get. Buy from a local business ? seems you are better from price match suppliers or somewhere else you may get a better deal.

Bought 2 kits of RAM a few months back along with a few other items. Built a system from it all and all was going fine. Errors started happening and after a few tests and removing 1 kit of RAM everything was working fine again. Tested the problematic kit in my othe 2 builds and the same happened, errors, crashes and freezes. Clearly this kit of RAM is faulty, sent them an email, they offered an RMA, and less than 24 hours after receiving the kit back, theyve deemed them faultless and are sending them back. They have clearly got a botched RMA process because this RAM kit was failing while doing anything on the system they were installed in, seems like they install them, boot up the system and deem them perfect because they can boot up windows. Ive told them that i'll be recording myself installing the kit and proving the errors happen then making an official complaint until I get my money back. I would have been happy with a replacement, but not I want my money back. Never again am I choosing this company.
