Terrible customer service experience. 2 weeks to respond. Finally answered. Then 2 more weeks - I have no idea why such big gaps between responses. Then left me with no choice but to without a monitor whilst I was working from home... not really the ideal customer experience - will avoid in the future.

Although they are a big company and do stand by their promises, one thing really annoyed me, and that's their RMA policy for graphics cards. My card was faulty so instead of replacing it, they refunded me without telling me. Card prices are shooting up and i now have to pay more for the same card, as well as wait for limited stock, and hope that i'm lucky enough to get one in the basket! i tried 8 times (across 8 different days) to try and get one measly graphics card, only to be the unlucky one with a faulty card. I told them to hold my money and just send me a card when they're in stock but no, they dont do that. I told them fine, put me on a high priority list as i've already bought one and should be eligible for first pick since my one was faulty, but no, they don't do that. So i guess customer satisfaction isn't a priority even though it's not costing them money! Absolutely annoyed with this company and how they treated me, i've used them since 2012 and have never experienced this kind of treatment before!

After waiting a week for my order to come I called to ask for the tracking number. They had not even sent the order out due to no stock despite the items being in stock upon order. No communication telling me of any delay. I will never use them again!. Save yourself the hassle and use another vendor.

Gives you a tracking confirmation.. then cancels your order on the expected date of delivery. Very poor !!!!!!

selling items not in stock, communication is non existent, I had to chase my order spending hours messaging and calling only to be told, this part is not in stock, then after the eta for deliver has passed I call again to be told oh sorry now this part is not in stock. the best bit though is when I call for the last time they want to replace the pc case (ATX support) for an micro ATX case. I I have to inform an apparent PC builder that a ATX motherboard will not fit in a micro ATX case. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Seems to me that their interpretation of "item in stock" on the website and reality are completely different. Ordered 5 items over a week ago, was "stock assigned to order immediately" but 9 days later its still not despatched. I certainly won't be ordering from CCL again.

After previously using this company for pc parts, I wanted to use them again to show support during these trying times. However I am so disappointed with my experience. I purchased the identical type of RAM I have previously purchased from them. DDR4 8GB corsair - vengeance LPX and this was found immediately to be faulty. After running a number of tests, this Brand new RAM was gathering 18000+ faults within 2 seconds within the test. I then promptly went back to my order on their website to start the exchange/return procedure. However, this was very difficult to find and after waiting on them answering a phone for over 30 minutes while I was constantly NUMBER 2 in the queue, I had had enough. I then used their live chat feature, which was like going in circles. I was constantly referred to their page that states their policies, which I had already looked through and was fully aware that after only receiving the item yesterday (ordered on the 2nd, shipped out 3rd, received 4th - TODAY 5th) I was well within their specified returns window. I was then told that the live chat support could not help me and they would refer me to another department, which I am expected to wait and hear from within 48 hours... According to their policy, I should have received a printable returns label and then I should be able to drop it off at any local DPD collection point. This was not the information I received, nor was this even hinted at. After looking at other reviews I believe that even if I was to send it back, they would tell me nothing is wrong, send it back to me and charge me for the privilege. I DO NOT support this company and it's awful customer service at all. Avoid them and go elsewhere.

I was robbed me over there, for a stupid 100€. Bought a rudder pedals (✈️)on ebay from them some time ago, there was an issue with that, so i've return it - no problem. But after few emails asking about the updates, they've just decided to stop replaying me. And now i have no rudder pedals, and no money. Great🙂 To be fairly honest i didnt press it that much, i've never called them, just send a couple of emails. My life is quite busy and im not gonna cut myseldf for a stupid 100€, but still this is not the way to treat a custumer like that

I ordered a new case for my PC, they marked is as "despatched" quite quickly but turns out they didn't even have any in stock when they sold it to me and only did that to keep me as a customer instead of buying from elsewhere. I spoke to someone on the phone who told me it was "lost" and I received an email an hour later telling me they didn't even have any. Absolutely shambles of a company. Will never be purchasing from them again.

Products are in good prices but service very poor, don't pay extra for delivery...next day delivery is after week, customer service lie all the time : yes we will send you tomorrow... , they sell Products which haven't on stock. Never again.

very poor company to deal with, purchased a laptop and had nothing but issues with it, sent back and not refunded me or provided replacement and even discriminated against me for being disabled. having to take further outside of them as they not sorting i would avoid this company as they treat there customer very badly

I bought some hard drives on the 22nd (in stock at the time and 2 days delivery) I have left Christmas pass because everyone deserves a break but when I asked for updates between Christmas and new year I was told by the customer service that they would "open a ticket" and get back to me - so first of all it means they customer service can't even check the status of an order what kind of customer service is that !?!?1 utterly useless... Anyways I've left a couple of day pass and still no one got back to me with an update, I went on the drives's page and found out that they were out of stock. So I decided to not bother with this company that 1) lie about the stock at the time of order. and 2) don't event bother take the time to update the customer about it, even when they took the initiative to contact them first! I then called them and asked them a refund on the phone. 2 days later my order was still showing as "ready to dispatch" and I received no refunds. I then decided to use the chat so I can have a copy of the transcript this time - again the customer service are utterly useless as they can't even cancel the order ! They are again opening a ticket (into their ticketing system that no-one even read) it's 2 days later again and still the order has not moved. Still "ready to dispatch" and still not refunded after I asked them 3 times via phone, chat and email... I'm a business customer with a previously ok experience with their services, but I will 100% not use them ever again.

Bought a motherboard of them and the 2nd dimm slot didnt work. paid the return postage and refuse to refund me! stay clear

They are not trustable I asked for a tracking number 2 days before the delivery date to my house and they couldn't provide one, I still don't have my order

Unorganised. Lie about delivery dates, lie about stock, their systems are ancient and unfit for purpose. No phone lines at the moment (9 months after covid started), no web-chat unless you want to queue to speak to bots. Sadly, they need to change or go under.

CCL Computers sold me an item that was actually out of stock. I had to then chase up a week later to find this out and did not get any further explanation from the customer service representative.

Don't order from them if you need a PC fast, or if you're after specifics. It's taken three weeks (I appreciate this isn't too long, but it's been 4 working days past the initial delivery date) and six amendments to my order. I dunno if they're understaffed, if they're under pressure because of the pandemic, or if they've got some underperforming management but ordering from them has caused nothing but anxiety. They list stock that they don't have, so be mindful of alternatives. I need this PC so I can work. The lack of transparency is just depressing. After reading these reviews I'm wrecked with worry that my life's savings will have just gone down the drain. I was recommended this company by a friend, and as another review says, it seems they have gone downhill.

THE WORST. have been trying to return a faulty motherboard for months now, it is being sent back to me every time!!!! they say they cannot detect a fault, I bet they don't even run any tests. Disgusting customer service, they don't care about customer problems.
