“I'm realizing there is almost no way to give a glowing review without looking like it's paid for. Cerebral was exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. I came home from a deployment to a toddler who was barely sitting up on her own when I left. Reintegration did not go well this time around. Through therapy and medication I've been able to cope. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but it's not all doom and gloom anymore either. I saw a therapist the day after I signed up, and I saw a psychiatrist and had medication by the end of the week.”
“Overall it was convenient, but I don’t feel like I took very much from it other than just having someone to talk to, their customer service department tried to charge me for another month after I was promised an easy cancellation process, I had to fight for a refund. So doable in a pinch I guess, but I probably won’t go back.”

It would be better for someone like me to have a consistent time every week and due to my work my schedule often doesn’t correspond with my therapist’s schedule which doesn’t meet the once weekly service that I’m paying for.”

“I received a prescription for bipolar disorder by my provider and I’ve never been diagnosed with bipolar I just have an anxiety disorder and I find this horrific... I’m glad I looked it up I was mortified to see the meds are really dangerous and I think I should cancel

“I really like the therapist but what I don't understand is I v been through this since 2005 and I'm finally on Prozac which is good for me and that's exactly what I explained but I don't need something to put me in the bed like zyprexa when I v beenon Valium forever and I'm in Texas and that works for me but y'all don't seem to care when I tell you this so in the meantime I'm having panic attacks”
“I enjoy the access I have to a care counselor. it's okay to change your mental health to have an advocate always there for you.
The only downsides I've noticed is that the practitioners are limited in the disorders they can treat and medications they prescribe. The provider visits are only 15 min as well....which is way too short for a proper diagnosis in my opinion.”
