“I am very happy with the care I have received at Cerebral. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I had was with making appointments. I was confused at first why I was making two appointments different people. I later learned it was the practitioner and the therapist. Maybe make that idea a bit more clear or user-friendly? Also I like to make my appointments right after the last session, but the app does not allow me to do that. I have to wait a few days. Is that a feature that can be changed? Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.”

“I thought the initial evaluation was great. However, when it came time to actually write for medications they kept telling me I needed to be evaluated by someone else. The next evaluation date was a month away. I made my needs known and I was put in touch with someone who offered discounts on counseling and was apologetic about the wait but could not speed up the process. My advice would be to get your journey started early because there may be a wait time involved.”

“Have been going back and forth for weeks via the app and finally got a provider aligned and was sent the wrong link for only 15 mins vs. 30 and then when I requested a new link for the proper amount of time - would have to wait at least a month. Completely unacceptable from a customer / client standpoint. i would like a full refund given I was charged right out of the gate and have been (what feels like) being kicked down the line and haven't accessed any of the "great" functionalities of the site. Would just like my money back so I can invest it into a provider / mental health service that can actually provide me the service I have been charged for.”
