“I found the website easy to navigate and I was able to book a flight on short notice due to a death in my family at a very reasonable price. The same flight plan on other websites was on average $200 more using the same air carriers. My hat is off to you all for keeping prices down in an inflated market.”

“"The worst customer service experience ever. The day after making my reservation, I received a call informing me that my card had been declined. This was confusing as the same payment method was used for both the car and flight. When I questioned how the flight payment went through but the car payment did not, they simply said, 'We are sorry, you are right.' On the day of my arrival at the airport, I called to confirm which car rental company I was using. They told me it was Routes, but then said my reservation wouldn’t work because the payment had been declined. Oops. So, I made a new reservation and had to pay extra. They then told me my rental car company was Fox. They instructed me to take a shuttle to get there. After a 15-minute drive, I received a call saying I actually needed to go to Routes. Frustrated and angry, they decided to cancel my reservation altogether. I lost my entire day and missed my meeting. A total of three and a half hours wasted. I don't advice anybody to get close to those please No english even .”

“The fare price is a good deal. But received several emails since then, from cheap flights, soliciting, travel insurance, and or return flight discounts but I only need a one-way since it’s a cruise. I’m coming back to the states on.”

“I was happy with your agents; their help in organizing my trip with a sister; and would probably use your agency again for short notice travel. One area I feel could be improved, in comparison with airline booking, would be to seat clients travelling together next to one another without an additional fee. Of course, our travel was totally unexpected due to our Mother suffering a massive stroke, which caused each one of us to lose work income. Thus the reason we needed discount fares.”
