“Very convenient site”

“The web site is not consistent, specifically when you make a mistake. I wanted to reserve seats for my flight and the page was originally there. I also wanted to purchase a carry on baggage but there was no opportunity to do so. So I decided to backtrack the previous page where the seats were provided and found the way to purchase the baggage. Then I tried to reserve the seats but the web page disappeared. I try calling but I was told that I have to arrange it with the airlines. I was very frustrated and decided to call the airline but to this point I have not been able to reserve the seats.”

“I made a typo on one of my traverers names and contacted Cheapflightsfares to get it corrected. After around 5 minutes they said it would cost $55.00 to correct the name. I said "thanks" and went directly to the airlines webpage and corrected it without any cost. BEWARE OF THIS SITE !!!”

“It is good to purchase the round-trip ticket to Incheon-Seoul at the lowest price among several sites, but my flight reservation has not been recorded at Korean Air's reservation site, so I cannot assign my seat so far. It is inconvenient compared with other sites that ask for my Korean Air membership number and directly inform Korean Air of it.”

“It was not clear to show that currency if it US or Canadian since I’m in Canada thought the amount is in Canadian. It’s too late now I wish if I knew.”

“I did not receive any email with my purchase information right away. I called Cheap Flights and the woman on the phone was very dismissive of my inquiry. She sounded angry and kept repeating that an email would be sent to me. I received 3 emails, all the same information. It was distressing to me epecailly in todays age when scammers are out to get your money. I was afraid I might have been scammed. I was very much relieved when the email finally came in. It should have been instantanious when I paid for my flight.”
