“It’s not the fault of cheap flights but the airline. I just booked a flight for December for two of us only seats left on the plane were for purchase only. Since that was the flight I needed. I had to purchase the seats, so for six flights I had to pay almost $500 extra. This is for the flights to, and from Ann to layers were we switch planes. Being older and handicapped I found this hard to navigate. After I booked the flights, I found out I could’ve waited until 24 hours prior to the flight, leaving for airline to open up new seats without a charge. I didn’t know and they will not refund for the charges of the seeds. Something needs to be done about this.”

“It is not clearly written about cancelling and changing flights and refunds and fees. I have talked to management who is correcting the issue and issue me a few refunds due to policies not being followed on my flight.”

“While my initial remarks about this booking experience were quite negative, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the company was so responsive and positive in correcting my complaint. All of my issues are now satisfactorily resolved, and I look forward to using this service again soon. Such prompt attention to a problem speaks highly of CheapFlightsFares and (regrettably) is all too rare in today's business environment. My one suggestion for improvement is that the Cheapflightfares' website should be revised to better reflect ALL charges which might be assessed when canceling a reservation, TO INCLUDE THOSE ASSESSED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF. “Your employee Lenny White called and was pressuring me to change my flight. He lied and said my original flight was canceled. I called the airline directly and they confirmed that the flight was not cancelled. Never using this site again!”

“Their website shows Free Cancellation within 24 hours. However, after I booked the ticket, I received a confirmation email saying there will be a fee if I need to cancel the trip. Then I called customer service. They told me they have to charge me $300 to cancel it. It’s ridiculous…will never book a ticket on this website”
