“Well, first off, I was mislead about a flight I booked to Denver. Price was very good when they quoted it. By the time I got it all booked, I ended up paying a lot more then the original price. Otherwise the website is easy to work with.”

“Price increased by over $400 as the agents were not able to secure e-tickets when I bought them. Disappointing. Only after I expressed my frustration did they act quickly to get my e-ticket.”

“You asked for a review so here it is: I will never use this booking service again. You are trying to charge me $225+ to select a seat that I can see available on the Spirit website doe $92 and $117. You’re also trying to charge $78 for checked baggage when the airline only charges $64. You have the audacity to have the word cheap in your brand name but you’re a huge rip off. I will be letting everyone I know aware of my experience, including Kayak who was the Referal source for my booking.”

“I booked a flight to Atlanta yesterday leaving Monday morning and clicked on check one bag for an additional $56.00 each way. The conformation indicates one carryon for $75.00 each way. I call yesterday and the issue was not resolved and they indicated someone would call me today to resolve the issue, the issue is still not resolved. I called again and customer service is baaad!
