“I paid you in advanced for two stowed bags. I get to the airport and they say that’s impossible. It’s not a real thing that was the start to my honeymoon. I had to pay for bags on my way to my honeymoon and my way back that I already paid for… I tried everything to get reimbursed from you. I’ve probably spent a couple hundred dollars in my time and my wife’s time to get nowhere with customer service at least next time I know you’re a scam artist won’t pay for my bags upfront. I doubt you’ll even get back to me after this review, it’s been months and it still bothers me.”

“We bought 8 tickets for two separate international family trips. Customer service was quick to respond to an issue we had. The fares were much much lower than booking with the airline directly.”

“The air ticket booking system in your company is no different from similar companies. The only thing that didn’t suit me: I didn’t check my suitcase when I paid for the tickets. After that, I contacted a company representative to do this. The answer was: this cannot be done now, you will pay at the airport. Now I have to pay more.”
