“The rate was great. Flight confirmation information needs to be easier to distinguished was you get the e-ticket. Then information on the next steps. 1. Go to airlines website. 2. Use your confirmation number to pick your seats. Etc ... Also, your only chat is awful. Used it twice. After you tell them what you need, neither acknowledged that they were looking into it. So each time I waited a few minutes, then asked if they were still there. Popping in on the chat to reassure that they are still connected is helpful”

“Despite the recent negative reviews, I decided to give them try. Booked a business class flight to Mnl from JFK. Got a confirmation email right away saying that my flight is confirmed pending payment verification and e-ticket issuance. Didnt hear back from them for 24 hours so I decided to follow up via chat. The agent said there was a delay on the airline side which I found hard to believe so I asked him to contact the airline to expedite the process because I saw my CC was already charged. He asked for 24 hours more and I said no way. I said I would give him a few hours more or I would cancel the ticket. Literally 2 minutes later my e-ticket was confirmed. So Im guessing they were waiting for the prices to go down before they confirm the ticket. 4 stars because they got me the ticket at the discounted price. Didnt like the $16 for the seat selection fee. But it was still much cheaper then the competition.”
