“I had a very good experience. I needed to cancel a return flight arriving into London LHR with a previous carrier, and find a more affordable flight from what I was seeing on the bettter known carrier sites, arriving in London GTW instead, which I was able to do. My only concern was that the e-ticket confirmation took longer than I am used to booking with more well known carrier sites but I received an immediate response regarding my concern when I emailed customer service. I highly recommend the booking experience.”

“I bought 2 tickets for myself and my son’s gf to fly tk San Antonia Tx, to see my son graduate from Bootcamp in The Air Force. As a Veteran myself, this is an EXTREMELY proud moment I would never miss. Unfortunately there was a mishap and his graduation was pushed back 3 weeks. I called Spirit to see if I could reschedule my flights. The woman I talked to on the phone barely spoke English and it was difficult to understand her. I explained my circumstances and asked if there was any way Spirit could work with me. She then gave me a price that was 3 times what I had already paid. She stated the cancellation fee which was higher than the amount I paid for the ticket and the ticket price she gave me was almost double what I paid. As I asked questions all she would say is “ these are the guidelines we are given and must follow …. Than the much higher price. When I asked to speak to supervisor, she kept saying they won’t be able to do anything differently.”

“I booked an air fare ticket. Within 1 hour after ticket was booked. The agent called and said there fare is unavailable and help to re-book. I have to pay $375 more and later found out the charged was for agent fees. A day later, I check on the site and saw the same flight I was booked originally is still showing up and available. I feel unhappy as I lost $375 for no reason.”
