“I booked ticket online and accidently I booked on wrong dates. Within an hour I called the customer service support . And I was been told that I can’t get refund if I cancel the ticket or make any changes on ticket. I want some one to listen the call which I made to your customer service. It looks like the customer doesn’t has any rights for cancellation within 1 hour of booking . Revived call from manager next day and the issues resolved. Thank you”

“My son booked this trip without my consent and when I tried to get a refund I was not allowed”

“The fare was cheaper than the fare offered by the airline itself or any other vendor. I appreciated the availability of cancellation, refund, and travel protection options, although it was difficult to find specific terms and conditions for those. Since I'm Canadian, I would have liked to see an option to display fares and fees in CAD currency. I had to calculate what the actual cost would be. I don't recall seeing any car rental offers during the booking process, which I would have been interested in. Also, while I was making my booking choices, I received a coupon for an additional $20 off, which was great, but when I entered it, I couldn't use it because the airline was a discount airline. That was disappointing. Overall a decent experience, though.”

“Excellent Services, we use this site from Bangladesh and used an international card to issue tickets. We also have some corrections on reservations which was solved through telephone calls. Excellent support. Thank you.”

“This experience was horrible. It was very misleading. I thought I was booking directly through Spirit Airlines and now I cannot choose my seats and I am flying with 3 small children. Heaven help you if you use this company.”
