“Fare advertised change and cost me almost double. Too slow to capture advertised rate. Will not plan to use your service again. All other I have used process and capture what stated right away. Felt deceived”

“I booked the correct flight but immediately realized it was scheduled for a day earlier than I needed. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could change my booking for an additional fee. I chose Cheap Flights because of their reasonable fare. However, they told me that I could not cancel or receive a refund. I learned my lesson: never again.”

“Very disappointed to be told my fare was put on hold and would be $350 more than when I booked it. If this was due then the airline as I was told-don’t give me a price unless you are positive. I would have selected an alternative if this had been disclosed at the time of booking.”

“I booked flights through them and they called 24 hours later and told me that they couldn't get those flights at the price and it cost $400 more if I wanted them. I literally reserved flights on their site, selected seats, added baggage, entered my cc info, and paid for flights at a set price. Then they call me 24 hours later and change it? Three days before the flight and they enter names in wrong, had to send copies of passport so they could change it. Unbelievable. Do not use this company.”
