“Had some issues off the bat and still waiting for my E-ticket in my email but Mia was great and put my mind at ease. She said she would work on it and sent me all of my specific flight information and confirmation numbers so that I could go right to the airline website and check to see that it was confirmed so I could ease my anxiety. She was very nice and helpful. Just waiting to be emailed my ticket!”

“At the time of flight ticket purchase, our credit card was declined due to an extra fraud security. when we tried to call back, the ticket agent told us that we had a price increase. After on hold for a long time, they finally allowed us to keep the original price. It was explained to us that the airline increased the price and that Cheap Flights management agreed to absorb the cost difference. I’m glad they gave it to us for the original price.”

“Did I get my fare at the price I was promised? Yes but it took about two hours worth of phone calls and was not convenient at all. Now I feel terrible for being blunt on the phone but needed to get my point across about how horrible and inconvenient this process was”

“This is such a bad service. You show total fee and I buy the tickets then you show totally another amount. I called, and he said that I will only be charged $296.00 and I could have my seat and can have one carry-on. He assured me there should not be any more charge. Today, I called to find out why Frontier has also charged me, and there was no answer. He put me on hold and disconnected me. This happened twice.”

“I recently purchased an overseas flight from Cheap Flights Fares, and the price was excellent. However, I experienced several problems with the transfer of the flight info to my account with the carrier such as my name being recorded incorrectly, even though it shows propertly on the receipt from Cheap Flights Fares. They also did not transfer my loyalty number or Global Entry numbers even though I had entered them. After a chat and a phone call, I still have not corrected all of the issues.”

“It originally gave me the correct dates but didn't book it yet and then attempted to book the wrong dates. If there was not an issue with the airlines and if they didn't have good customer service that attempted to call me back this would not likely have been found. So although there system has a massive problem with dates and getting the flights on the same day as advertised, it looks like they are aware of this and have people reaching out to fix it.. Multiple emails also coming in pairs makes it really fill your inbox and makes it more difficult and suspect to fix but i have not flown yet so hopefully it will work.. Considering my flight is next week its a bit early for me to know if this service actually works with a successful trip.”

“I was skeptical because of how much cheaper the flight was on this site but I booked it, got my tickets through in the WestJet app, and was charged the appropriate amount on my credit card. I even accidentally booked the wrong return flight, called in, and they changed it for me right away with only a $30 difference from my original flight. I will be using this site again in the future.”
