“Will never again use this "service." They will not honor the full refund within 24 hours like the fine print says. Not a reputable company. Update: after THEY prompted me for a review and it didn’t go the way they wanted they emailed and called several times asking me to revise my review. Fact: when asked for a refund within an hour of “booking” they refused. Their confirmation email said full refund within 24 hours. If you submit a review at THEIR request and they don’t like it, you will then get bombarded with calls. So here’s my REVISED review.”

“I had a very frustrating experience with CheapFlightsFair. When they called me, I missed the call, and when I called back, the representatives were extremely rude. Both sides had accents, making it difficult to understand each other. With all respect, I asked them to speak slowly and repeat what I couldn’t understand, but instead of being patient, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would never want to deal with this again. However, I did receive a call from one representative later on who was very nice and understanding about the accent situation. It was a relief to finally speak with someone patient, but unfortunately, my overall experience was not positive.”

“Worst experience ever. They cancelled my flight 2 days before the day I was supposed to fly. Had issues with the same flight twice, the first cancelled and I reached out and “some how” they were able to give me a new confirmation number. That same day in the evening they canceled my flight again and when I called they said it was the airline fault, but so funny how before that they were just contracting themselves over and over. Was my first time trying this website but will also be the last. I ended up asking for a refund I just hope they don’t play with my money as well. Don’t lose your time trying to book with them.”

“It is quite unnerving having someone call and email with "urgent" request. This phrasing screams SCAM. The person I spoke with on the phone had a thick accent which did not help the situation and quite honestly didn't make me feel any safer with this transaction. I am still "assuming" my flight is booked with Frontier. I have a confirmation but still a bit uneasy.”

“After purchasing 4 tickets from you, I went to select seats at Alaska Airlines, and discovered that none of the free seats in the main cabin were available. Only some seats in the preferred main cabin were available. I had to pay over a thousand dollars for the 4 seats. I called Alaska Airlines. They confirmed that if I had bought the ticket from them with seats in main cabin, which were indeed available, I would have save over 3 hundred dollars. I called you to cancel but I was one day late to cancel. I will never buy tickets from you again.”

“Have had issues on getting my actual tickets. Unfortunately this is one of the flaws when dealing with a 3rd party. Flaws being that when you purchase from the actual company (aliegent) you get your tickets as soon as the transaction is complete, but through a 3rd party, I have to wait for my tickets until closer to my departure time. I still haven’t recieve my actual tickets.”

“I will never do business with this company again. I bought the insurance thinking that if I needed to change it would cover that only to find out that it didn't. There was a large storm coming the day I was to leave and I wanted to change to another date. I have to go 80 miles to the airport plus having lots of hills to navigate. I spoke to several people and the last one wanted to charge me over $300 to make a change. These people have no compassion at all!”
