“I had a discussion with one person yesterday, who did not understand anything that I was saying or trying to communicate to him. He continue to cut me off and revert back to something that I was not talking about when I asked him for his name. I was given a fake name he would not give me another person to speak to you or another number to talk to. It was very frustrating and I hope you record your calls to show a quality service.”

“I was on hold and on the phone for an approximate total of 2 1/2 hours to add a carry on bag and to change a flight from pm to am (I missed it because most sites are in 24hr time). I agreed on the extra charges for the am flight only to find out the quoted price was American. I am not a complainer but this flight has cost me $1000 more than if I would have booked through Air Canada and this was by far the worst experience ever and I will only be booking directly through the air lines from now on.”

“I selected this flight managed by cheapflights using KAYAK. I immediately got a 20 dollar discount. But then, i wasn't getting e-ticket confirmation. (Another flight I booked that same day with United using Kayak immedialy sent an e-ticket confirmation). I called Cheap Flight; and was told that it wasnt sending the-ticket because I didn't pay enough; and Cheap flights charged me another $23. THEN I rec'd the e-ticket confirmation. This process is clearly a scam by Cheap Flights. Cheap Flight also sent 2 different confirmation codes. Cheap flights didn't makeit clearwhich one I needed to use on the Frontier Airlines w\app. So I ahd to call cheap flight again to have this explained to me.”
