“making the reservation for flights and a vehicle go ok, but if you need to make any changes, that's where things go sideways! I called three times, explaining that I needed to make a change to my car rental plan, and each time I was sent to an extension that was no longer valid according to the recording I kept getting! Each time I called back, I explained I was getting sent to an extension that was no longer valid and she would briefly apologize and say hold on and then send me again to an extension that was no longer valid! I finally had to call the car rental agency itself and make changes through them, it could not be done through this cheap flight fares site at all.”

“Took 2 days of continuous calling to finally get my e ticket. It didn't seem like all departments were connected with each other. Customer service was terrible and all the answers sounded like excuses and run arounds. I can't tell you how many times I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and then nothing happened.”

“When loading the plane after people needing assistance are boarded the people at the rear of the plane should be boarded first then the middle section and then the front ... also some people sure have alot of carry on bags I thought only 1 was,allowed ........”

“Update: Cheapflight's reached out and had the airline refund the price of my ticket. Great customer service on their part. I had an emergency illness in my family and couldn’t make my flight. I understood that my flight wasn’t refundable but both Cheapflights and Frontier refused to offer any help in the form of a credit or flight at a later date. I got stuck paying for a plane ticket that I couldn’t use. I’ll never use the service again and will be reporting the practice of both companies to the BBB.”

“So far so good. I did have an issue once confirming the booking due to my DoB transporting incorrectly. Reached out to chat support and Mia White was quick to correct the issue. Currently waiting on my tickets but all in all, a great process.”

“Cheap Flight Fares does offer some of the cheapest flights, but we will experience the validity/compatibility of the booking when we fly next week. As they missed including the airline booking reference number, I had to call to get this and it is lucky that I called early as with all call centers I was put on hold for hours.”
