“Bought a flight and got a confirmation email, then they called saying it wasn’t available and made me pay more for the same thing on a different airline. Felt very scammy.”

“They sent my the wrong email to the flight company and the rental car company. They did it on purpose because they sent 2 different emails. That way I would never get a confirmation from the companies themselves and I would have to deal with cheap flights fares directly, which charges extra money when you are trying to confirm your flights before boarding.”

“I knew I did not need to "buy" a seat. But the app Did not let me go forward unless I did buy 2 $40.00 Seats, which I did. This flight was imporntant, and I had no choice but to pay for the seat”

“Change CS reps form India people to Other race of fluent English speaking one. At least tell them put speaker of the microphone a little away from their lips. Hard to understand what they say... Putting microphone like this may be their culture...”

“I recently booked a round trip flight. The price was good that I found, but I needed to book two different airlines. After I booked and paid for the flights I waited for my confirmations for each flight. After 24 hors I called cheap flight to check on my confirmation codes. They are very courtious, and said they would send the codes to me. After 1/2 hour I received my code for the return flight. I didn't receive the outgoing flight code until 3 days later. Although my flight wasn't until May, I like to know that everything is confirmed.”

“The only thing that I can say is the agents they’re very intelligent and knowledgeable about the product and what they’re selling it just they are in such a hurry. They don’t give little details -that if you buy economy, you can’t make changes , but for certain amount of dollars you can upgrade and then you can get a refund . I can’t control inclement weather – sickness- to get your travel plans changed it’s like buying a brand new ticket. I’m not happy with that. I don’t know if it’s something you can do but it’s annoying so I’m not completely satisfied with your service.”
