““Mi experiencia con la compra del vuelo fue en general positiva. Encontré un pasaje relativamente cómodo y adecuado para mis necesidades. Sin embargo, tuve un inconveniente con el descuento promocional. En el correo me indicaban un descuento de $20, pero al momento de aplicarlo en la página, solo se reflejaron $10, y no me permitió validar el monto completo. Me hubiera gustado que la oferta fuera clara y se aplicara correctamente.””

“My fourth time buying round trip tickets with them.. Absolutely best prices, great customer service and fit my needs perfectly..Lock in the best price with them and later if you want to move up with seating, you can always do with them or the airline you choose. I always fly with bookbag and 1 carry on so no issues.”

“Had to find a flight in a short amount of time and this had one of the lowest. Unfortunately, it was economy and doesn’t include baggage or seats- guess we are expected to fly on the wing. As far as customer service, they are not knowledgeable at all. I am wondering if they are talking to several customers at once because response time is long as well. And when I did write a negative review- someone called my son who I booked the flight for trying to push to change my review. Just be aware you get what you pay for.”

“Edited: Cheap Flights Fares called me back to resolve this issue and adjust the price, and I appreciate their customer support. Your terms say that you can cancel or change a flight within 24 hours of purchase. However, I called 10 minutes after accidentally booking the wrong flight and was told that I couldn't change it without paying $50 more than the price listed on your website. I will never book from your site again.”
