“Purchased tickets but then it didn't go thru as I had no confirmation number with the airline. Had to call their number and despite the purchase having been completed already, they charged me extra. However, their staff we're able to help me resolve the overcharge and everything worked out.”

“The ticket price was only one third of the regular price. The every staff member I came contacted was very courteous, professional, honest and friendly. They mad me feel taken a great care of. There was an issue baggage addition to the reservation and the customer service resolved it and was able to check in the bag to a even cheaper fare than original charge. I am very impressed with the service and I highly recommend CheapFlight Fares to all. I will certainly use them again. Hope you do as well.”

“I recently had a issue with one of my flight plans and the airline was not helpful at all but of the manager from Cheapflightsfares named Lauren had been so helpful and kind and my whole problem was taken care well.”

“Fare was reasonable until I had to pay for baggage. Not able to do this online when I booked my flight so had to call to pay extra for baggage. Would prefer to have choice to pay at time of booking. I would like more transparency. Have spoken to a representative who has assured me they will work on Resolving this issue.”
