“I recently had a issue with one of my flight plans and the airline was not helpful at all but of the manager from Cheapflightsfares named Lauren had been so helpful and kind and my whole problem was taken care well.”

“Fare was reasonable until I had to pay for baggage. Not able to do this online when I booked my flight so had to call to pay extra for baggage. Would prefer to have choice to pay at time of booking. I would like more transparency. Have spoken to a representative who has assured me they will work on Resolving this issue.”

“Made a mistake booking my flight, called back 2 minutes later and I was charged $200 more than hat I could see the same flight going for online Last time I book with these crooks.... Update: I want to Thank Lauren at Cheapflights. She responded to my review the same day and refunded the appropriate funds and explained everything that had happened. Very professional, I will definitely book with Cheapflights again after this excellent service and them owning the mistake.”
