“I booked my flight first time with this airline on cheapflightsfare and I paid for 2 checked bags already but when I arrived at airport the checkin staff of flair airline told me that I have to pay for the checked bags again because it won’t showing in their system or software that it is paid or not so I paid again and now m struggling for refund. Let’s see they gave me 24 hours waiting time. I hope 🤞 I will get my refund soon….”

“After being charged the price I was quoted, and then 15 minutes later through a phone call being charged $60 extra, I was irritated and gave feedback as such. But then! I received a call the next day to apologize for the extra charge and have it removed! My flight is still booked for the original price I was quoted and I am very happy with their extra attentive customer service team for caring about each of their customers.
