“HORRIBLE experience. First, they didn't book our bags with airline. So I contacted Chat and was told that they would fix it. Then, a few hours later I got a cancellation from the airline. I contacted support and was told that the airline no longer accepted bookings through a third-party. WHAT?!? So now I'm waiting 7 business days to get my money back and I've booked directly through the airline. Guess what? Booking with the airline directly is cheaper.”

“I was pleased that I was offered the same price for a substitute flight when the one that I originally selected was apparently overbooked. The only thing I didn't like was that the original response that I received from the website made it seem like the reservation was locked in and that I needed only to await the generation of an e-ticket. If I had not thought to check my email again, I would not have noticed that the original reservation was unavailable. I feel like it should be crystal clear that I am not actually reserving a flight, but merely making a request for one when I use your website.”

“It was published that reservation could be cancelled within 24 hours, however that was not the case. The representative informed me that that only applied for major airlines when I made contact less than 24 hours to cancel. What a rip off.”
