“This was the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced! The only reason we used this site was because EVERYTHING SAID FREE CANCELLATIONS. When we had to cancel (in less than 24 hours) they charged us for a “travel agent fee”. What travel agent??? Supposedly $300 for clicking a button?! It’s very clear to me this company is stealing money. They owe us $300.”
