“Having flown on countless vacations and other occasions when flying is necessary, this was the first time I ever booked a flight, then arrived at the airport, and did not have a reservation. So I am not very satisfied with cheap flight fares. I did eventually get on the plane, but it took 3 phone calls to the customer support line to get it straitened out. I don't plan on using the sight in the future.”

“We found the cheapest flights and car rental through Cheap Flights Fares. However, the whole process was ridiculous and extremely stressful...not worth the savings. It took hours and multiple customer service conversations to finish the whole process. We originally received confirmation emails for all reservations and thought that was it. But shortly after, we received a bunch of followup emails and phone calls telling us there were issues with processing the flights and they needed to confirm details...which took 30 minutes each call. Then we had a call to confirm car rental details with all the info we already input and that was confirmed via email. After 45 minutes of being re-asked questions, quoted three different prices after agreeing to one, and being charged 3 seperate charges to pay the total amount (which triggered our credit card fraud department and complicated the entire payment processing). We finally got it all figured out but it was an extremely frustrating and unnecessarily complicated process. We're not going to book through them again.”
