“Having flown on countless vacations and other occasions when flying is necessary, this was the first time I ever booked a flight, then arrived at the airport, and did not have a reservation. So I am not very satisfied with cheap flight fares. I did eventually get on the plane, but it took 3 phone calls to the customer support line to get it straitened out.
