“The booking process was quick and easy. However, after paying for a seat selection, we were told that the seats were no longer available or we’d need to pay more more. Very disappointed in this part of the booking. It is recommended that Cheap Flights update records to match the airline availability prior to avoid this happening again.”

“I purchased tickets to Montreal from cheap flights in Feb. when I went to check into my flight in March the flight was canceled due to the company going out of business. I had purchased insurance for my flight which the cost was over $1000. I have filed a request for my refund and a month later I have still not heard anything regarding to my money. I will never recommend this site and feel like I was scammed.”

“While I received a confirmation from Cheap flight fares I never received anything from Spirit. My husband became sick 48 hours before flight. I had flight insurance. I contacted through Cheap Flight Fares and they gave me a number. The number I called said to contact you again, they had nothing they could do. I did and was told you couldn't help. I contacted Spirit to tell them I was canceling. I had no flight confirmation through Spirit, no booking, no confirmation, no luck. No flight, no flight insurance but still paid for ticket that was never issued. I WILL NEVER USE I DIDN'T HAVE A TICKET BUT WAS CHARGED”
