“I booked a flight, then was notified by Cheap Flights that the price had gone up and I need to pay them double the listed price, although the prices on their search engine and listed prices on the carriers sites are still the original price. Bait and switch scam. They offered to lower the price by $25 and I agreed, but I will never use this site again.”

“My only problem with this cheap ticket I purchased.. my flight back I have 20 minute layover in Atlanta and there’s no way I will make my flight. That’s cheap and I will probably have to wait to get another flight late at night. Very worried and no help from Delta or cheap tickets as I called right after I noticed”

“Please make sure write there that is US charges we are gelling . I am so happy I got ticket for $148 + refundable $22 and when i received bill for visa that is $223 after i realized that was US $ Thank you very much for fixing this problem I will be very appreciated”

“Online booking was good but you changed my chosen flight after I paid and received the confirmation email. The departure time change is very inconvenient, causing massive disruptions in my day's schedule and subsequent difficulty in getting to the airport. Your representative who I spoke with tried to be very helpful but the damage was already done. Its sad that my first experience with your company has been disappointing.”

“I had been disappointed when booking that selecting seats was not offered and it reflected in my review. Within hours on the same day of review I was contacted by Lauren Smith, Customer Resolution Team and was able to select seats. Lauren was very helpful and resolved issue quickly. “Deceptive. I had one checked bag but inadvertinely checked auto check in to bypass counter. Since I have a checked bag I have to go to the counter anyway. Called and asked for that charge to be removed. I was told the fee could not be refunded. I said I was not happy with them and hung up. I was quickly called back and told the charge would be removed. I checked the new bill and the charge was simply renamed but remained. I consider that deceptive. I called back and was rudely informed that I will have to wait for the refund. I received 6 emails and another phone call asking me to post a more favorable review. The charge was eventually refunded. But why was I billed instantly but it took 2 weeks to be refunded?”
