“Wwe are waiting to fly out from BTR. Flight cancellations from AA. All handled by Cheap Flight personnel. I never initialed a phone call. Their people reached out to me and gave me available options. Will definitely fly with them again.”

“this was my first time using cheapflightsfares to book an international flight. i have to say at first i was a little hesitant about it but since it was an offer from kayak, i went ahead with the booking. it was nothing but smooth sailing. my booking was confirmed within a few hours, i received my e-ticket & seat assignment in an email. i have gone on the airline's website & see my reservation. it all's in the system & i'm ready to depart. i would recommend...”

“I found a great price. Then there was an issue, but they called me, offered solutions, fixed some details and made the process very smooth. I felt like they cared and got very specific seat assignments, upgrades and was never pushed. It was informative and a great experience.”

“There was trouble finalizing the international ticket we booked with British Airways and the Cheap Flight Fares went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. Special shout out to Zac who provided excellent customer service - he was patient, provided multiple options, stayed in communication throughout the process and was friendly and personable. The entire CFF team provided excellent customer service, always kind, polite and helpful, I will use their service again. Thank you Zac!”

“At first I was scared because several hours went by without me receiving my e-tickets, but the next day I received them and everything was fine. They really have cheap flights and for me it's a good agency. You just have to be patient because they take a while to complete the purchase process. My flight has not been completed, but I hope everything will be fine by the time I travel.”

“Reservation process, in general, was what it should be. Accessing your site was easy. the only problem is you don't show all pieces of information that the customer needs to make the decision conveniently. For example, I reserved ticket for me and my wife without being able to get acess to the advance seat selection details and rates because it was hidden purposely at the end of related page and customer needed to scroll down to discover it! Later after calling your customer service, I was told that I need to pay $190 per paggenger to do the seat selection! If i knew about this high cost of seat selection, I may have decided to do something different. This, to me, is not a good behaviour. I needed to have seat selection policy the same way that other information like cancellation policy and rates are displayed. I believe your purpose was to involve the customer step by step. I received a call from your company and a nice guy helped me and assigned the seats for me. I am very impressed and improved my review to a 5 star one.”
