“All went very well. At first, I was a bit sceptical whether this is one of those sites where you "book" something and then it isn't available but they call you and want to lure you into something else, but I got my confirmation 4 hours later and all is good. I'd definitely book again!”

“So far everything has been good. I do have a couple of comments. I had a credit card issue which was denied. I got an bunch email which i read the following morning but also had a bunch of texts from random phone numbers. I have to say that was disconcerting and i deleted them all as I thought they were phishing. It would be good if these calls came from a standard number. The positive and what made it 5 stars, is when i called back after the email the woman was very helpful and got it all straightened out. I did forget when speaking to her, i accidently put two travel insurances on. So i called back, got a gentleman who was also very helpful and got everything straightened out.”

“I booked a extreme cheap flight from Munich (Germany) to Ft. Myers, FL. I got the confirmation right away but after 6 Hours I still didn't got my E-Ticket but the money was already taken from my Credit card, so I started to get worried. I started chatting with Denzel, he calmed me right away down and promised I will get my Ticket within 30 min. he stayed with me on the chat until I got my ticket. He explained because of the special offer it takes sometimes longer, was definitely worth to wait.”

“I don’t fly often so am not knowledgeable on changes with flying now. I thought the process was fine but have a question about the need for a boarding pass since I have an eticket which has all the info. So do I need one and how do I get it if I do?”

“Excellent travelled with three persons...skeptical at first given previous reviews but went ahead and book the cheap flight to miami and just returned and all went well ,flight was confirmed,price was correct as stated on there site and was US$40 cheaper per person on there website vs the airline. Will book again...”

“Very difficult to speak to a person about traveling with a pet for the first time. I made numerous phones calls and was put on hold each time for extended times. Sadly, most representatives I finally spoke with I was unable to understand. I did appreciate the cost and the ease of making the round trip reservations for two.”

“Fares was cheap. Buts what’s not included in the fare, like seat options, luggage options. And then you change two sets of fees for refunds, when it’s the same thing. Not good customer service at all.”
