“I recently purchased a flight from cheap flights fares from Eugene to lax. And I had some questions about my flight and had to change my flight date. I called customer service and floyde was kind and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company for travel tickets”

“Fares was cheap. Buts what’s not included in the fare, like seat options, luggage options. And then you change two sets of fees for refunds, when it’s the same thing. Not good customer service at all.”

“I wasn’t sure if this company actually got the cheaper price which saved me 20% vs the other listings. So they first said so I wanna change flight dates and open for prices. When I chatted with them. So for me that was super suspicious. But then 15 mins later I got my ticket at my locked price. Was super happy. Thank you again !”
