“After purchasing 4 tickets from you, I went to select seats at Alaska Airlines, and discovered that none of the free seats in the main cabin were available. Only some seats in the preferred main cabin were available. I had to pay over a thousand dollars for the 4 seats. I called Alaska Airlines. They confirmed that if I had bought the ticket from them with seats in main cabin, which were indeed available, I would have save over 3 hundred dollars. I called you to cancel but I was one day late to cancel. I will never buy tickets from you again.”

“Have had issues on getting my actual tickets. Unfortunately this is one of the flaws when dealing with a 3rd party. Flaws being that when you purchase from the actual company (aliegent) you get your tickets as soon as the transaction is complete, but through a 3rd party, I have to wait for my tickets until closer to my departure time. I still haven’t recieve my actual tickets.”

“I will never do business with this company again. I bought the insurance thinking that if I needed to change it would cover that only to find out that it didn't. There was a large storm coming the day I was to leave and I wanted to change to another date. I have to go 80 miles to the airport plus having lots of hills to navigate. I spoke to several people and the last one wanted to charge me over $300 to make a change. These people have no compassion at all!”

“Fare advertised change and cost me almost double. Too slow to capture advertised rate. Will not plan to use your service again. All other I have used process and capture what stated right away. Felt deceived”

“I booked the correct flight but immediately realized it was scheduled for a day earlier than I needed. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could change my booking for an additional fee. I chose Cheap Flights because of their reasonable fare. However, they told me that I could not cancel or receive a refund. I learned my lesson: never again.”
