“This company is a complete and utter SCAM!! I booked a flight with them, and a few hours later I got an email asking me to call them. I called them, and the lady on the phone told me that "ACTUALLY" there has been a change in one flight, and the new price is 90 dollars higher. I told her that I refuse, as I paid for a ticket online, and that is that. She challenged me to find a lower price online for that flight. I then went online and told her that I found one on edreams. She then made a counteroffer and told me the best price she can offer me is 18 dollars more than what I had originaly paid. What kind of a company does this?? For 18 extra dollars they were willing to go so LOW. They seem to be in the business of scamming people, and when I searched online I found that this is their MO. They do this to customers. Have you pay for a flight, then tell you after you made the booking that they need more money. I am so dissapointed that Kayak has chosen to work with this company.”

“Its my first time booking a flight through here its easy to book the only problem is that check in luggage is not included other than that its good o and its confusing about selecting the seats !!!”

“Cheap Flights fares got me the ticket I desired at the rate I could afford with an amazing and excellent customer service by agent Lade. She was exceptional, patient, explore and checked what I really desired without complains. She is awesome, pls ask for Lade whenever you need tickets anywhere and she will do the job for you while you relax and wait for the best result. Florence.”
