“It's really cheaper than others agents, but the payment & confirmation screen looks not good and misleading clients that the booking is not yet confirmed even though input all credit card information.”

“Terrible customer service and terrible company rules. I booked 3 flights over $700 at 10pm, woke up at 9am and noticed I put one of the travelers name as their newly married name. Not realizing it wasn’t legally changed yet. I immediately reached out to your people for help and was just told it was a $99 fee. To solely change or make a quick edit. On a ticket that was bought only 10 hours before, the money in my bank was even still processing. It wasn’t the airline not helping me it was your company that got the extra money. They talked to someone who said $50. And then offered to pick my seats for me. Which proves to me you can clearly make an edit on the charge and was just taking advantage of my honest mistake. I sent a picture of the gov ID when asked. Nothing could be done to help me edit Murphy to Casey. Not hard to do on a ticket just purchased and a month away. Very disappointed. The $50 was just added right into my original payment! Got a little bonus off me.”

“I booked my flight the day before departure but it took over 4 hours to get the eticket and then I still had to check in and get a seat assignment, which I did two hours. before my flight. I was worried that I was being scammend. Not sure it was worth the $50 I saved.”

“The only uncertainty we had is never receiving a ticket an e-ticket to avoid the line at the airports due to 2 stops. As indicated in n the instructions. Upon 2 phone calls of concern, both times we were instructed to go to the counter at the airport Brenda Try”
