“I recently flew into London From the united states and on my flight to London i got robbed and i had know meansof resources getting back to the united states but from a the help of a stranger named Ben , and with him referring me to cheap flights Fares and getting tge best affordable fare back home to the united states so i feel very blessed for Ben , and cheap flights fares and the staff Wade and his team for making my trip back home possible . I am so so grateful that cheap flights exist they saved me money and I want to thank Wade and tge staff at cheap flights for cari g about their customers and handling my booking of my Flight . I will always book from now on with cheap flights because they are not just an ordinary booking service for flights but they are very compassionate caring about their customers and look for tge best deals to offer in saving their customers money like they have done for me . “Bought a flight and got a confirmation email, then they called saying it wasn’t available and made me pay more for the same thing on a different airline. Felt very scammy.”

“They sent my the wrong email to the flight company and the rental car company. They did it on purpose because they sent 2 different emails. That way I would never get a confirmation from the companies themselves and I would have to deal with cheap flights fares directly, which charges extra money when you are trying to confirm your flights before boarding.”

“I knew I did not need to "buy" a seat. But the app Did not let me go forward unless I did buy 2 $40.00 Seats, which I did. This flight was imporntant, and I had no choice but to pay for the seat”

“Change CS reps form India people to Other race of fluent English speaking one. At least tell them put speaker of the microphone a little away from their lips. Hard to understand what they say... Putting microphone like this may be their culture...”

“I recently booked a round trip flight. The price was good that I found, but I needed to book two different airlines. After I booked and paid for the flights I waited for my confirmations for each flight. After 24 hors I called cheap flight to check on my confirmation codes. They are very courtious, and said they would send the codes to me. After 1/2 hour I received my code for the return flight. I didn't receive the outgoing flight code until 3 days later. Although my flight wasn't until May, I like to know that everything is confirmed.”
