“The only thing that I can say is the agents they’re very intelligent and knowledgeable about the product and what they’re selling it just they are in such a hurry. They don’t give little details -that if you buy economy, you can’t make changes , but for certain amount of dollars you can upgrade and then you can get a refund . I can’t control inclement weather – sickness- to get your travel plans changed it’s like buying a brand new ticket. I’m not happy with that. I don’t know if it’s something you can do but it’s annoying so I’m not completely satisfied with your service.”

“This was the best website I found for booking my flight to England. The others kept changing their prices once you got to the booking section, whereas this site was very easy to navigate and didn't change the price for my flight. Thank you.”

“I booked a Porter Airlines flight through CheapFlightFares for $523 but wasn’t charged immediately. When I called, the rep claimed I had to pay an extra $190 to “guarantee” my seat, supposedly per Porter Airlines’ policy. I reluctantly paid, bringing my total to $700+. After calling Porter Airlines directly, I learned this was a complete lie—the basic fare I initially booked already guaranteed my seat. I called CheapFlightFares back to cancel, but they refused, despite their 24-hour free cancellation policy. After a long struggle, they finally refunded me. This company tried to scam me out of $190. Stay far away! UPDATE(31/05/2025) After reporting them to the appropriate body, they fibally refunded me my full payment. It’s not been a pleasant experience. Happy to get my money back. I will definitely not be using their services moving forward.”

“Terrible customer service and terrible company rules. I booked 3 flights over $700 at 10pm, woke up at 9am and noticed I put one of the travelers name as their newly married name. Not realizing it wasn’t legally changed yet. I immediately reached out to your people for help and was just told it was a $99 fee. To solely change or make a quick edit. On a ticket that was bought only 10 hours before, the money in my bank was even still processing. It wasn’t the airline not helping me it was your company that got the extra money. They talked to someone who said $50. And then offered to pick my seats for me. Which proves to me you can clearly make an edit on the charge and was just taking advantage of my honest mistake. I sent a picture of the gov ID when asked. Nothing could be done to help me edit Murphy to Casey. Not hard to do on a ticket just purchased and a month away. Very disappointed. The $50 was just added right into my original payment! Got a little bonus off me.”
