“Process is a bit cumbersome and incomplete. Need functionality that includes viewing seating chart and picking a seat. I’m told that these improvements are in the works.”

“Please be sure that your website and email make clear that the 24 hour window to cancel with a full refund does not apply to departures less than a week away. This was not in the information and therefore cost me additional money.”

“Very misleading when I was checking out it said Alaska when I got my email it says Delta.. We always fly Alaska as we're military and our bags are waived and they allow us to board earlier.. I called cheapglights and was told that a not true.. Mind you we fly Alaska every 3months.. The customer service is absolutely horrible.. Oh and we have two children and non of is are together we can't get assigned seats til the day of “ Maybe “.. The stress of booking with cheap flights is crazy…”

“I paid for $350 tickets and ended up being called the next day telling me that it would be $500. In order to keep everyone on the same flight I had to pay the large increase.”

“Got a pretty good deal but would have preferred far more transparency up front about baggage and seat selection fees. 'Economy' used to mean you didn't have to pay extra for those basic amenities.”

“I was given one price of cheap fares for $120 but when I got to the airport, they charge me 85+75 for my bag according to your system my bag should’ve been $42. They told me I would have to contact you to be reimbursed.”
