“I had an issue with the name of the passengers getting changed to incorrect names and when I called to resolve the problem I was told it was past the point of making this change which would result in cancelation fees rebooking at a higher rate. I posted my concerns in a review and low and behold a recieved a phone call from a real person who took the time to offer a resolution to the situation. So pleased to see this kind of customer service still exists.”

“By far the cheapest flights. The ease of finding a flight was no problem at all. Numerous flights to my destination and a month grid to see the cheapest days to fly. They offer some upgrades, cancellation options but I didn’t see anything for luggage options. It could just be me.”

“The offer is excellent, however on Kayak it showed a carry on bag was included in the fare but hen rerouted to the Cheap Flights website, the deal did not include the carry on. I called and a representative said he took care of it and that the carry-ons would be included. Then a confirmation was sent for the flights that again showed the carry on as NOT being included...”

“Update: months later someone called and actually got us our refund. So I'm raising the rating. If you ever need a refund, be sure to leave a 1 star review, you might actually get your money back. Original: Never never never again. Do not buy from Cheap Flights Faires. They offer a "refundable" option when purchasing tickets so I bought it. But the small print says it only works in a verifiable emergency, so my claim was rejected. So I left a one star review. Then someone from Cheap Flights called me back to help me at least get a credit for the flight on Spirit. However, they insisted I change the review to a four star review before they would even help. So I changed it to a four star review and.... I never heard from them again. So back it goes.”

“Flights were very easy to book.Comunication back was prompt. Was told they would do check in. Did not happen . No updates about changes were received. Called to find out about changes .Person was not able to give any answers. Was told to call the airline myself.”

“I paid extra for a full flight refund and it was less than 24 hour after I purchased the tickets and they were not willing to refund my ticket I ended up using my tickets and they were diligent about contacting me to resolve the issue.”
