“Booked my flight on cheapflightfares and next day I received a call informing me the price of the flight I had purchased had jumped $60. I was not thrilled about this, and unfortunately the best they could do was knock 10% off. With the speed of electronic updates in this world you would think this wouldn't be an issue. I just wish I could have paid the original cost of what I booked my flight for. UPDATE: cheapflights reached back out to me and made this situation right and refunded the extra money they made me pay after original booking. Happy to now have paid the original price.”

“I would never book from here anymore . I booked @ one price and later got called saying that airlines didn’t update the real price in the site so I will have to add money as that price has expired . They won’t confirm your ticket unless you add more money . I was being badle scammed .”

“Booking through you was the worst experience I had major surgery a few days before my flight My doctor gave me permission to fly out to my dads so that they could take care of me I booked 2weeks but somehow the system put in for only 1 week, which my doctor did not want me flying that close together I called and everyone refused to help me adjust the return flight, cheapflights kept telling me that only the airline could change the date and the airline kept telling me that only cheapflights could change it So I went to leave for my destination and someone cancelled my flight and did not tell me I had to rebook the day of and the charged me sooo much more money and refused to give me back the money they already too off my credit card for the original flight I will never use these guys again”

“This is my 3rd time purchase a flight through your app and then having you slip me on price and not confirm my fligh. Then you come back and ask me to pay more money. I have never had this happen on any other site. Why adv a flight price and not actually honor the price what type of technology is being used here. Seems super shady, as in if the price got better behind the sense i am sure you keep the difference, but if the price gets worst you don't honor my check out price.”

“In Case of Cancellation: Unethical Tactics & Hidden Fees On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, I purchased a one-way transatlantic flight (5 months in advance!) on the "Cheap Flights Fares" website, flying with Aer Lingus from Toronto to London. Unfortunately, the very next day, unexpected things happened, and I needed to cancel this flight, taking advantage of the widely known airline policy of "Free 24-hour cancellation". Because the "Cheap Flights Fares" website didn't respond to my login attempt to manage the booking online, I called customer service directly to cancel the flight. There were still over 8 hours left in the 24-hour window to cancel without penalty. Oh boy, what gimmicks they tried to use to get some money out of me! First, they said I couldn't cancel because the air carrier is from Europe and has a different policy. Then, they tried to tell me that the 24-hour cancellation time window wasn't recognized due to the difference between European and North American time zones, claiming my time had already expired by European time (!!!)... When I insisted on proceeding with the cancellation, they said I could only do it if I upgraded my economy ticket to economy plus for non-refundable $99 USD. When I hesitated, they offered me a $25 USD discount coupon and said they would cancel for non-refundable $75 USD. Ultimately, when I threatened them with "Google Review" and possible legal action, they agreed to cancel for a full refund. However, when I checked my credit card statement, it showed they still charged me a $20 fee for... who knows what?! Dealing with this company was a very unpleasant experience, feeling like I was being unfairly charged and taken advantage of when life made me vulnerable and somewhat desperate. This company presents ZERO professional ethics and ZERO respect for rules and policy, at least in regards to "cancelations". Be careful!”

“I am trurly grateful that cheaper flights are an option :) I am a little put off on how quickly price fares have changed my flight went up twice in the booking process so far , after the fact trying to get back on budget I decreased our checked baggage, I wish with the "price increase" included extra baggage , that would make the price going up a bit easier to justify or swallow. Again I do appreciate the cheaper flights. Thank you . Hope 2 checked bags will be enough for 2 people on a 10 day trip, havent been home in 10/15 years”

“They provide good customer service but only after speaking with and agent. I would recommend calling first than booking online. Twice I booked online only to be told one of the flights isn't available then they try finding one for you.”

“I am frustrated. I booked going to Miami and realized I needed to book to Tampa. I went to America Airlines using the confirmation number and changed from Miami to Tampa. Today you send me. Confirmation to Miami. I called your support line. They assured me the plan is Tampa and thirteen minutes later I got an email saying Miami still. I don’t want charged for 2”
