“great price on tickets”

“I had some issues with my bank flagging the flight booking charge. Instead of just cancelling my flight, they sent multiple emails and phone calls to help fix the problem. They were very helpful on the phone and we were able to get it done. I will book with them again for sure!!”

“Booking the flight was the easy part. We weren’t told who we were flying with and trying to check in online was fraught. To add to the stress once arriving at the airport we were told that the FinnAir tickets we had purchased, with full baggage entitlements, was now flying with BA and no baggage had been purchased. The first BA rep didn’t care to help. The second came from a better school of customer service. Trying to call and resolve the issue of baggage while trying to drop bags is not something I can commend the booking agent for. They did however admit fault quickly and promised to repay any baggage costs.”

“Less than what many others are offering to the area I plan to visit but the same "add ons" as other carriers.. buy a seat, buy a boarding pass, etc. I wish all airlines would just give us customers a flat rate. However, when contacting the Customer Service, 6 stars! Mason was awesome and rectified my issue right away. Thank you for being outstanding in this area!”

“I purchased a ticket from CFF and within the hour I had to cancel the flight. I only received a partial payment. I had to pay the taxes on the ticket and for the seats that came to over $250! What a rip off! I should have received the whole amount back!”

“My name is Abdirizak Elmi, I can't start how far these leeches will go trying to extort money out you. I will start from the beginning when I spoke to a man named RONAN.He tried to convince me that the money he supposed to run on my Credit Card didn't exist,even though the money was taken out of my bank. I called several times back till I finally reached someone else. HIS NAME WAS KEANU REEVES kid you not. He assisted me to get my flight in order.few days passed and contacted them again guess who's on the line RONAN. Same condescending attitude but this I'm calling to reschedule my flight from Chicago to Buffalo NY. HE TOLD ME I HAVE to pay 287.00$ though I paid 389. I tried to explain I had an emergency and my mother was in the hospital. He said sorry but we need the funds NOW and hung up.PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM”

“It took me more than 10 hours to get e-tickets. Very slow and inconvenient. Moreover, my first name&last name in the ticket when I check with the airline website are different from what I provided. Not recommend to use this website”
