“I was given the wrong price online. I bought through cheap flights because theirs tickets were cheapest. But they were more expensive by far and a huge headache. I got a call from cheap flights after I booked online. Customer service called saying that I had to change where I was getting off my plane. They tried to make me go to a different airport, hours from where I wanted to go. When I refused to switch airports, they charged me over 200$ more than I was originally quoted on their website. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, I paid 50$ per checked bag online but got charged 70$ per checked bag. I will never use them again”

“Unfortunately, after searching for specific dates, I went through the entire booking and did not notice that I was directed somehow to the week after the dates I initially selected. Then saw the discrepancy when I got the booking confirmation:-(. Had to call and select all again, and paid 80usd more:-( I feel I could definitely recommend for open ended date selection, but for specific dates- I found it difficult to know if I was booking correctly.”

“I stumbled on CheaFlights through a search for airfare on Kayak. CheapFlights provided a fare which had been present on Expedia just a few hours earlier, but was increased by a whooping 20%. Actually, the offer on CheapFlights was materially better, as it included with the non-stop initial flight a non-stop return, while other searches offered for the same price only one stop returns.”
