“The only thing I disliked about booking is that I was offered chosen seats for a price. I paid and then did not get my selections. When you pay for an aisle seat and you are stuck in a middle seat, it’s very disappointing to say the least. There should be a refund if you don’t get the type of seat you paid extra to reserve. Otherwise, I would use CheapFlights/Fares for all my bookings.”

“I received a phone call after booking my flights telling me that the price increased by $60 and to get the flights that I had already booked I needed to pay the extra fee. He had an explanation but I didn't understand it. I will not book through Kayak again and have already told others not to as well.”

“I purchased a flight for one price, and afterwards I was charged $75 for a fee I wasn't informed about before hand. Since I had already technically approved the purchase there was no way for me to cancel it and ask for a refund.”
