“I purchased a ticket for a flight from Chicago to Phoenix for the following day. Below the flight info it said refundable. Well, I needed to stay another day so I went to cancel the flight for a refund and was told I couldn't do that unless it was 7 or more days before the flight. No where on there did I see that stipulation. They screwed me out of $148 and change. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEM AS WELL.”

“I purchased tickets through Kayak and was later called and told that the price had gone up almost $200 and that my seats would be released unless I paid. I paid only later to find that if I would have booked directly with the airline, I would have paid much less. I won't be using your service again ever.”
