“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I search for a flight on certain date. Found a great price. Booked a flight for a week later mostly because of the BIG GREEN TEXT that stated any cancellations within 24 hours are free, no fees, and are fully refundable. So, not wanting to have to pay twice the price if I had waited till the next day I booked a flight. Less than 20 hours later I realized that the date that they had booked the flight was for the day before I had searched for. So I called to cancel at the 24-hour support line. And I was told it is not refundable whatsoever because even though it's within 24 hours it was less than 7 days before the date of the booked flight. He offered to change the date of the flight which they did not have any fights going out the day that I had searched for originally that wasn't at least TWICE the price that I paid for the flight I did book. I know personally that I will never book through this flight site again. It was very misleading and when I asked about the policy because of what I said they told me no too bad I'm just going to have to deal with it and eat the money that I paid for the flight.”

It’s not clear and when I booked my flight which was 8 hours away from departure the customer service representative told me I had to wait till 2 hours before that flight departed for me to get my boarding pass. This was an international flight I was taking.”

“The site was hard to work with not very user friendly for old people and there were some surprise fees and I had to change the flight as I didn't see the pm which cost me extra as well. I don't think I will use you guys again. When I called the number I could not hear the person on the other end of the line and she did not speak clearly. Really a hard time.”
