“Southwest is usually less expensive!”

“I reported this information to CheapFlightsFares through a review "The information provided when I bought my flight was incorrect. It said I could concel my reservation within a time period for a cost of something like $15. But when I tried to do that, the agent on the phone told me the cancellation fee was $100 because it's an international flight. Bait and switch. Another example: I upgraded the class of my flight so I'd get a free checked bag and the ability to select my seat. Now I found out I can only select my seat within 7 days of the flight. Another bait and switch." I didn't even mention that the agent I talked to was curt and dismissive. THEN I GOT A CALL FROM AN EXECUTIVE AT THE COMPANY. She was concerned enough about my experience to be sure I got a bag checked for my whole itineray. She explained about the seat selection process and what I would be charged to select a seat before I got to the airport, so I agreed to forgo that advantage. Throughout our conversation she was attentive, concerned, and proactive. That sure changed my opinion of this company.”

“Cheapflightfares got me two business class tickets to Rome for half the price of any other company that was helping me with flight quotes. I called to ask a question about baggage and they answered immediately. I will be using them from now on. So glad I found them!”

“Sorry, purchased the tckets, waited for e-tickets, nothing, so I had to call to find out that one of the legs of the trip raised their price, was not goig to be notified, plus it cost me exta monet just to get the e-tickets. Bad business. Will not use agan.”

“This is the most horrible thing I have been through on any flights which I've only taken a couple in my life but it's changed three times ended up costing me $100 more and my flights delayed 6 hours was only supposed to be four to begin with one way to begin with and I booked a reservation they were sold out they didn't let me know so ended up costing me $100 more because I didn't know till the next day and right now I'm stuck in Atlanta Georgia when it was only supposed to be one way to begin with then they changed it I still paid $100 more so that's what I think it's horrible”

“First time using the site. I think it is a good site though because it got me some real affordable prices to fly overseas. A little rough at the start because I could not verify my e-ticket for the next day but that's all right it got done.”

“Worst service i ever seen, price of my flight was 211.85 canadian dollar from delhi to Banglore round trip first when it was shown but they have charged me 262.50 dollars. When i call them, they started making some useless excuses and even the customer executive was very rude. I will never use their website again and i will not recommend anyone to use their website. They are such a fraudulent.”

“The name seems like a scam. Its spelling and syntax is off. The website is set up like a scam. It doesnst instill confidence in booking. I will be worried till the minute I get on the plane that Ive been scammed.”

“WOW! I wish I'd know about CheapFlightsFares.com before! I found them through Kayak, so I knew they were reputable. They were. However, you need to be a savvvy and patient traveler to use this service -- and "quick" to make a decision. The rate we got was incredible, but like so many similar services, you have to "search" and "stalk" online. But, once I found our flight and QUICKLY got info in place, their service team was great. And, also, when I called, someone answered quickly and dealt with my issue. Again, if you're a first-time flier, this ain't for you. But, if you're someone who travels regularly, and can be flexible, you can find great rates (including Business) if you're patient.”

“So yesterday I booked a trip that was supposed to be $329 a person from Boston to Orlando on Alaskan Airlines after I finally figured out how to do this on your page 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying that alaskan airlines is not on this rate, it gets changed to a Delta flight. I specifically told the person on the phone I needed the same type of flight with a carry-on baggage and a personal item and I really wanted to get the seats assigned because I am a handicapped person and I also need wheelchair at the airport. Last night I checked my email and my flight has changed to the Delta flight, but not a full-size carry-on, or seat assignment, which is what he specifically said he would take care of because of the issues with the first flight and this is my first time using you. So now it’s costing me $150 more, with no seat assignment and a half size carry-on what the heck is that? I’m really not happy about this whole situation. I was willing to pay the price for the first flight. I thought it was a pretty good deal but then it turned out to not be a good deal at all and don’t know if I will do this next time.
