“The site was hard to work with not very user friendly for old people and there were some surprise fees and I had to change the flight as I didn't see the pm which cost me extra as well. I don't think I will use you guys again. When I called the number I could not hear the person on the other end of the line and she did not speak clearly. Really a hard time.”

“Clearly a scam. I booked a last-minute ticket on Air Lingus and pay the additional $58 for fully refundable. They then tell me it is not fully refundable. Then why do you offer the $58 fee for refundable. Naturally this is being disputed with the American Express card. You’re better off booking with the airlines directly”

“That's the most ridiculous experience I had. You write in large green font that bookings are refundable within 24h (with no asterisk saying there are exclusions), and when I call the customer service to cancel 20min after booking i'm told by the rep: "have you read the small print, sir?". The flight is less than 7 days before departure. Then some random guy calls me at night that my booking is not yet confirmed and he needs to charge me $5 more for the flight. Then he put me on hold 3x and in the end he couldn't explain why he wants to charge more. In the end he "asked his manager" and didn't have to charge me addtional fees. Ridiculous. and I didn't get the refund I asked for. ---- update (1->4 stars) ---- Another customer service rep contacted me and offered to remedy the situation. However, I still think the 24-hour cancellation information needs to be updated to avoid misleading people.”
